Every October the Foundation holds its Annual Noche de Gala, our only fund raising event of the year. It has come to be recognized as one Tulsa’s premier social events. Each year the Board of Trustees selects a theme for the Gala. The theme for 2019 was the country of Mexico, the theme for 2020 is 30th Anniversary.
Our Gala is held at beautiful and prestigious Southern Hills Country Club and provides a delicious gourmet multi course dinner prepared by Southern Hill’s chef and his staff accompanied by wines that complement the food selections. Prior to the Gala, we meet with the chef to design a meal that has a featured item representative of the Gala’s theme.
The Gala also includes a live auction and raffle.
After the auction and raffle we provide a Latin band for the enjoyment of our guests on a generous sized dance floor. Our Gala has a reputation as one of the best events for dancing in Tulsa. Guests generally dance the night away. This is truly a most enjoyable evening. The 2020 Gala has already been scheduled and will be held on October 3, 2020.
We raise funds through this Gala by receiving table donations of various levels and through the live auction and raffle. Come and join us at this wonderful event and help us raise college scholarship funds for Tulsa area high school graduates.
